Spa Policies


Appointments: Please be prepared to provide a credit card or gift card number when booking an appointment.


Gratuities: Are not included in the price of services or packages; however, at your discretion, gratuities are graciously accepted by staff. If you wish to show appreciation for a job well done or service enjoyed, gratuity envelopes are available at the front desk upon check out. The industry standard ranges from 15-20% of the service fee.


Arrival Time: Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time in order to orient yourself with our staff and allow us to gather information on possible allergies, medical history or other concerns. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.


Canceling and Rescheduling Appointments: We require 24 hour advance notice for cancellation or rescheduling of services, and require 48 hour advance notice for cancellation or rescheduling of multiple services or packages. Our guests have busy lives so our cancellation/rescheduling policy is designed to give you maximum flexibility. We ask that all appointments be guaranteed against late cancellation or rescheduling with a major credit card. Your card is not billed unless your vacant appointment goes unfilled.


Gift Cards and Certificates: Amabella Spa and Beauty requires Gift Cards or Gift Certificates to be presented at time of payment for services. Please treat your Gift Card or Certificate as if it were cash, we cannot honor lost or stolen Gift Cards or Certificates. All Gift Card and Gift Certificate sales are final and non refundable.


Special Considerations: Please inform our staff if you are pregnant. No massage or body treatment can be received during the first 12 weeks (1st. trimester) of pregnancy. The same condiseration must be taken if you have a heart condition, pacemaker, high blood pressure or had any recent surgeries. For our facial, peel, Microdermabrasion and waxing, guests please inform us in advance if you are using Retin-A, Renova, Retinol, Tazorac, Differin, Accutane or have had laser surgery.


Children: We ask that you make arrangements for your children prior to your visit to the spa. For safety reasons and all of our guests comfort we regret that children are not permitted into the waiting room or any of the treatment rooms.


Misplaced Items: Amabella Spa and Beauty is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.


Spa Packages and Series: Any changes or substitutions to spa series or packages will forfeit any discounted prices.
